However, effective Jan. 1, 2018, itemized receipts will be required for all meal reimbursementsResearch Award There will be a Research Award Training session from UCF Qualtrics Upgrade In the beginning of the fall semester UCF IT launched a new self-service process for accessing and upgrading a Qualtrics account for faculty, staff and students. So far over 150 accounts have been upgraded and that number will rise as the UCF community continues to take advantage of these resources. In the interim, UCF IT asks that faculty include the website linked below in their syllabi for the spring semester in order to help students through the upgrade process. Toys for Tots The UCF College of Sciences is once again proud participate in the Toys for Tots Program in collaboration with Staff Council and Veterans Academic Resource Center. The drive started Nov. 3 and will run until Dec. 7. Boxes will be picked up on Dec.8 at noon. COS has a donation box in the lobby in the College of Sciences/Dean’s Office. If you would like to donate, please bring an unwrapped appropriate toy and place it in the donation box. The drive is open to all, so please share this message with your students. Knights of Distinction Now Accepting Applications The Knights of Distinction program gives students a chance to be recognized for their achievements in the classroom, in the community, on the job and beyond. The program is designed to help students take their education beyond the borders of the classroom and serve as a framework to help students effectively plan for the future.
