New support for Big Local areas
Big Local partnerships are being offered new specialist support from Shared Assets, Media Trust, Campaign for Better Transport and StreetGames. Local Trust is offering match funding. Find blogs from Big Local areas who've received support from the 4 partners and express your interest.
Creative Civic Change
14 communities across England, including 8 Big Local areas, celebrated the launch of the Creative Civic Change programme earlier this month. Local people will take the lead on using creativity to transform their areas. Read the news release.
Event: Measuring change
Due to popular demand, we’re running 2 more 'How do we know we're making a difference?' learning events, on 9 July and 21 August, in Birmingham and London for Big Local people on the ground who're making change happen every day. Register.
Event: Creative communities
Limited places are still available for Big Local areas who want to explore what creativity can do for their communities and create new solutions to local problems. The events, in Bristol and Liverpool, take place on 4 and 18 June. Register your place.
Film of the month: The Big Build
"It's not about bricks and mortar, it's about how you touch people's lives." Allenton Big Local's film tells the story of why they supported the development of their local community hub. Watch the film

This national learning event on 13 July will explore youth violence, the exploitation of young people, county lines and people trafficking. Book your ticket
