What is Sexual Consent?

If you use social media, you might have seen this video from the Thames Valley Police, which compares sex to a cup of tea. It's a creative approach to helping people understand just what sexual consent is all about.

On the surface, consent might seem simple. Yes means yes and no means no, right?

But what about the gray areas? For example, if a partner says he or she wants sex one day, but decides against it the next day, has consent been given?

Scientists from Canada have found that couples have sex more frequently when men feel they make a fair contribution to the household chores. 

Data from over 1,300 German couples revealed that the sex was more satisfying, too.

Testosterone Doesn't Increase Risk for Heart Attack or Stroke: Study

For some time, there have been concerns about testosterone replacement therapy and heart health in men.

However, a new study by American researchers suggests that for healthy men, testosterone therapy does not raise the risk of heart attack and stroke.

In fact, such therapy might reduce these risks.
