Product Feature: MK-CMS - Horizontal Continuous Motion Autoload Sleever
This month's product feature is on the MK-CMS. The system features a wet environment design that includes all stainless steel construction, food-grade motors, and stainless sloped cabinets and junction boxes. The system accepts product from two lanes and distributes them into the autoload bucket conveyor at 120 ppm. The floorplan of the MK-CMS is ultra-compact and can seamlessly integrate into your production line. Servo motors are used on all major actuated components, including the rotary feeder, barrel cam loader, and autoload bucket conveyor. The system is controlled by an Allen Bradley control system.
New Product Development: TL-PPG - AFA Cartesian Robot Top Load Case/Carton Packer
AFA Systems has improved its innovative TL-PPG collating and top load packer. The newly designed TL-PPG features a new unique collating system never before seen in the industry. The collating system allows the end-user to run a wide range of different sized flow-wrapped pouches and bars on the same machine. The servopac infeed system and loading robot can be changed over in a matter of minutes. Furthermore, the TL-PPG has the ability to run both cartons and cases on the same machine. The newly designed TL-PPG provides end-users with the ultimate flexibility, so they can meet their customers changing demands without having to reinvest into capital equipment.

- ProPak China 2020 - Rescheduled to November 25 - 27, 2020 in Shanghai, China.
