Cove Park

April at Cove Park
& Summer Programme Announcement

We welcome Glasgow-based designer Poppy Nash to Cove Park this month. Poppy is here on a new residency for an emerging designer developed in partnership with The Lighthouse, Scotland's Centre for Design & Architecture. During this residency she will develop new work for a solo exhibition at The Lighthouse later this year.

A further new partnership, with Dunoon Burgh Hall, has made possible a new series of Cowal Residencies for artists based in this particular area of Argyll & Bute. The four participating artists are: jeweller Soozie Turmeau, artist and writer Anoushka Havinden, visual artist Jackie Stevenson and textile artist Sandi Kiehlmann.

April also sees the deadline for applications to the second year of a series of collaborative residencies for members of The Work Room. The residencies will take place during the summer and applications should be submitted to The Work Room by 23 April 2018. Further information is available here.
