Dear Supporter

Sir Richard Branson is listening to us - he's taking action but he needs to do more.

WDC sent a lengthy letter to Sir Richard last week addressing the points he raised in response to our anti-captivity campaign.  He's responded with a further statement.

WDC is definitely making waves.  Sir Richard is not just listening, but taking action - and even SeaWorld has reacted.  Although Branson has taken some action, he needs to do more and acknowledge that captivity is cruel for all whales and dolphins, whether they are taken from the wild or born in captivity. This issue has taken on even more urgency as SeaWorld just announced plans to expand.  Read more about  Branson's pledge but more importantly, please take action to help us end whale and dolphin captivity.

When we all act together we have a powerful voice.

Our campaign is already seeing amazing successes.  Would you make a donation to help us do even more? I believe that perhaps for the first time, we have a very real chance of ending captive cruelty for good, but we need funds to keep the momentum.

And if you haven't already done so please forward to a friend to a friend, or share via Facebook Like Button or Tweet Button.

Thank you!
