Creativity Explored will be exhibiting work by artists with developmental disabilities in Ripe, exploring San Francisco’s famous food culture. The artwork will represent the themes of food and its relation to ritual, celebration, desire, storytelling, memory, obsession, power and culture. It will feature artists Andrew Bixler, Melody Lima, Musette Perkins and Marilyn Wong.

HIROYUKI DOI AT REPI DOLL May 16 - June 26, 2016 The self-taught Japanese artist Hiroyuki Doi’s circle drawings will be showing his works at Repi Doll at Takeshitadori,Tokyo. In his art, Hiroyuki Doi alludes to such subjects as the soul, the transmigration of the soul, the cosmos, human dialog, the co-existence of living creatures and universal peace. He does so by creating images that consist of many small circles made with black-ink drawing pens on washi. REPI DOLL GALLERY |
