Message from the General Manager
As we approach the end of the financial year reflecting on our organization’s performance during the past 12 months, I feel like it has been a very full and busy year in which we celebrated Q.I.T.E. moving into our new head office, starting to use an electronic new HR platform for staff and starting a new Disability Employment Services contract just to name a few items.
We have faced many changes and challenges head -on and we will continue to work hard and stay focused on our main goals. |
|
|
Q.I.T.E. will continue to make a difference assisting our communities’ most disadvantaged people to engage fully in community life and find employment.
If you are an employer who needs staff please call one of our offices and we can assist with resumes and letting you know what incentives are available. We are currently working on our 120 jobs in 30 days competition and would love to hear from you.
I am sincerely thankful for the staff and Management team that we have for their commitment and ability to keep pushing to make a difference.
Jillian Trout GM

Q.I.T.E. client Isaac Beasley won Employee of the month
Employer Ken Beauchamp from Redding Motors, Atherton said that “This is Redding Motors first time to work with Q.I.T.E. and from the start they were a pleasure to work with, whether on the phone or by email. The support and counselling they offered even coming on site for meetings to assist their job hunters was great to see. Redding Motors would be happy to work with Q.I.T.E. again for further staff.” |
|
|
Isaac Beasley told us that “I would like to thank Jane for assisting me in making sure that I still have this job and talking Ken into giving me another chance as I know there was some days where I almost lost this opportunity, and thank you Aaron for giving me advice about this opportunity and making sure to check up and mentoring me along the way during this time and keeping me in check. Also, I would like to say thank you to QITE for thinking of me and referring me to this job. Cheers for the Crackalackin time with you mob at Q.I.T.E.”
