Office of the Provost

Dear Graduate and Professional Students,

The PA Department of Health and Pitt’s COVID-19 Medical Response Office encourage all students to get vaccinated as soon as possible. I’m writing to let you know there are two opportunities this week to get your vaccine on the Pittsburgh campus. A limited number of first dose Moderna appointments are available Wednesday, April 28 from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. and Thursday, April 29 from 10 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Please note that these and future clinics will be held at the former AT&T storefront on Fifth Avenue in Nordenberg Hall, next door to the University Pharmacy.

If you still need a vaccine, please register at https://pi.tt/vras and use access code H2PVax21. You may also call the Pitt COVID-19 hotline for assistance with registering at 412-383-4372 (if you have previously registered, check your email to set up your appointment). After registering, you will receive an email to schedule your appointment.

Thank you for your efforts all year to keep the campus and community safe.

Best,

Amanda J. Godley
Vice Provost for Graduate Studies
