Ventana Carnaval and Grand Opening

Enjoy delicious street food, music and live entertainment at Frankston City's Ventana Street Fiesta.

A celebration of Latin, Spanish and Portuguese cultures, Ventana Fiesta will bring a pop of colour and culture to Frankston's Arts Centre Precinct.

Watch the parade leave Frankston Station on Young Street, at 2pm as it makes its way to the Frankston Arts Centre where you can explore art exhibitions and unique craft stalls surrounded by vibrant music and dance performances.

There will be interactive workshops and kid's activities and The New Monos will be playing until late to help you salsa, cumbia and tango the night away.

The Big Picture Fest and Block Party

Back for its second year, The Big Picture Fest is your opportunity to watch the magic happen as local, national and international artists bring life to Frankston City's laneways. 

This three day festival of street art will transform the city's buildings and laneways into high profile artworks across Frankston's city centre and culminate in a street party with food, music, entertainment and more.
