From the CEO
It's a pleasure to present our latest Annual Report, after another succcessful year for our city. There were lots of highlights in 2018-19 - a great testament to the passion and support shown by our community.

Take a load off and re-hydrate at our new shelters
Cyclists and walkers now have new places to rest weary legs, thanks to the installation of four new shelters, three with with drinking stations, on our tracks and trails. The shelters include racks to hang your bike while you take a break and the drinking fountains carry important information about some of the area's vulnerable species.

Pet owners know there's something special about their 'fur babies'. To celebrate the amazing bonds between animals and their owners, MAMA is hosting Pets - an exhibition just 'purrfect' for animals and humans.

Waste wise win!
Our waste-wise community has received another accolade - this time winning an award for resource recovery at the Albury Waste Management Centre.

Our brand new grandstand and amenities building are taking shape as the Lavington Sports Ground redevelopment continues.

A warm welcome to our newest Aussies!
Children from diverse backgrounds played together while the adults attended to the formalities when we welcomed dozens of new Australians at our biggest-ever citizenship ceremony. More than 90 people from nations as far afield as Bhutan, the Philippines, the UK and South Africa were proud to become Australians in front of a big crowd at the Albury Entertainment Centre.
