Stoney First Nation needs your help

The effects of the June Flood are still being felt throughout Southern Alberta and the Stoney First Nation is no exception.

Flood recovery managers are in dire need of a large freezer truck (5-ton, preferably with a fridge option) that would be able to store the large amounts of food donations coming to the band.  According to those on site, donations are showing up randomly and have pushed the limits of the available storage capacity.

If any Chamber members are able to help, they are asked to contact First Nation Flood Recovery Coordinator Greg Bereza at 780 446 8559.
