Hello, amazing change agents!
There’s much to reflect on when thinking about 2020 and we know many of us are ready to close this chapter of our lives. But we wanted to take a minute to reflect on what we’re thankful for, what we’ve learned, and what we’re proud of. Most importantly, as we end this year, we want to say THANK YOU for being our friends, customers and colleagues on this journey.
Our 2020 reflections:
Thankful for... EVERYTHING! This year has truly taught us to be grateful for everything we have - going back to the basics like food on the table, family, health, and keeping our small business doors open. This year has tested all of us in very deep ways but we’re confident that it has made everyone stronger and more resilient, and has taught many companies the meaning of Business Agility.
The definition of Business Agility below has rung true for almost every organization that was focused on it - or wasn’t even aware of it. We see clearly that 2021 and beyond will be focused on ACCELERATING and SCALING the Enterprise Business Agility journey. Learned... Honestly, there are too many lessons to count this year. Both personally and professionally we’ve learned a ton but here are a few highlights:
Proud of... We accomplished so much this year! At the top of our list: 1. We created a new Digital Transformation Radar Assessment and hosted a few webinars on this important topic 2. We expanded our partnership with Scaled Agile and published new radars on our platform - watch this video to learn more 3. AgileVideos.com is all grown-up and in high demand because of the need for short, engaging and practical learning. We’ve launched role-based learning paths, a new Business Agility course, and DevOps and Coaching Agile Teams are coming soon. 4. Our Customer Forum has been a huge hit and we’re grateful for all of you that have engaged every six weeks to provide input into features and help us prioritize our backlog for AgilityHealth. #customerlove ❤️ 5. We’re proud of OURSELVES and our team members for weathering the storm of 2020, getting through COVID, standing by each other during loss and lifting each other up!
Thanks for being a part of our own journey of growth. From our team to yours, Happy Holidays and we hope you have a fabulous New Year!
