Email us at... NEWS FROM THE GREEN...Bowl-A-Thon master! Date: 25 April Two days of competing in a bowls event over the Anzac weekend wasn't enough for Kevin. He followed the comp with a day of fundraising for his club Pt Chevalier Pirates. He bowled 10 hours straight, with just 5-minute breaks each hour! Kevin played 280 ends - 1,120 bowls - with 87 touchers. Bedraggled by the end of his mammoth effort, yet happy he raised $324! It's a big shout-out to everyone who helped sponsor and raise funds to get the Men's Interclub 7s team to Christchurch! Bayleys Anzac Day CupDate: 24-25 April As we know sponsors are integral to events, so too are the staff and volunteers who all work together to make any event a success.
