Activity Log / MET Calculator
We've launched our new activity & exercise tracker, which enables calculation of energy expenditure using the latest Compendium of Physical Activites MET database (Metabolic Equivelants).
Choose from over 820 different activites and sports, or enter measured kcal burn directly from a smart/quantified-self device. A 1 month free trial has been added to your account automatically. Check out the video tutorial here for more:
Weight Change Goal
You can now choose to manually adjust Estimated Energy Requirments (EER) directly from the client set up panel.
This will apply an adjustment to the Kcal intake on the report, in line with your client's body composition or body weight goal.
Smarter Search & Filters
Smartsearch has been enhanced to show more relevant results, faster. New category filters at the top of the search also help refine results further.
Quick Tips: Search categories by using the prefix cat: on your search terms. (eg. cat:suppplements or cat:food additives).
Search for an exact match by using inverted commas (eg. "baked potato")
