FISH COOKERY

Friday 7th October 

This session will be a whistle-stop tour of fish cookery. I will be showing everyong how to prepare fresh fish from scratch and then together we'll be making three very different fish recipes, which we will then enjoy for lunch - pan-fried sea bream, haddock chowder and smoked salmon & prawn parcels.

DELECTABLE VEGETARIAN FOOD

Friday 21st October

On this session we will be making a selection of colourful and wonderfully inventive vegetarian dishes that will make your taste buds dance with delight! These Ottolenghi-style dishes are the ones that always surprise people the most in terms of how amazing and delicious they are.

Friday 11th November

We will make three different pastries including a very useful all-purpose enriched shortcrust, choux pastry and rough puff pastry. These will then be used to make delicious savoury and sweet recipes for lunch.

Friday 25th November

We will be making recipes that will be ideal for the Christmas season, designed for entertaining friends or treating your family. The menu will incorporate lots of delicious seasonal flavours.

CHRISTMAS PARTY CANAPÉS

Friday 9th December

We will make a selection of canapés that not only taste wonderful but look amazing too and will be perfect for serving at Christmas parties. The canapés will then be served as an informal first course before a simple lunch prepared by Kather.

Here is a list of remaining spaces for my full day Autumn courses. They take place in my own kitchen near Devauden and run from 10.30am to 4.00pm. Courses cost from £85.00 including lunch, afternoon tea, a Kather's Kitchen recipe pack and food from the day to take home.
