She has been inspiring her since Kat commenced in her Strategic Sales & Marketing role with the multinational staffing solutions company in early 2018. Kat said, "Janelle has always been a thought-leader in the diversity recruitment and engagement space, which inspires everyone around her to embrace the #EachforEqual philosophy. Personally, I look forward to growing and learning with Janelle's mentoring and help to create truly equal opportunity workplaces for all employees regardless of their gender, cultural background or how they identify." Janelle said, "I have known Kat since she commenced at Chandler Macleod 3 years ago. Kerry said, "Silvina has had many health challenges but she always has a positive attitude towards life. Whenever we see each other we have a good laugh and she always puts a smile on my face!
