Keller Fay Group Joins Forces with Engagement Labs to Offer Clients a Unique ‘Total Social’ Measurement Tool

We have exciting news to share with our clients, partners, and friends: Nearly ten years after our founding, we are merging with Engagement Labs, an innovative social media analytics technology company and creator of the eValue™ Analytics tool, based in Toronto, Canada, and traded on the Toronto Venture Exchange (TSXV:EL). In our view, Engagement Labs is the ideal partner to be teaming with, as they offer social media measurement and benchmarking capabilities, marketing amplification services, and social listening capacities as well.

One-Stop Shop for "Total Social" Measurement

For our clients, this means we now have the opportunity to combine our expertise in measuring offline consumer conversations with that of a social media analytics company, to create an integrated, “Total Social” measurement system that provides a more complete and robust understanding of consumer influence, online and off.

As revealed last year in a landmark study by the Word of Mouth Marketing Association, online and offline word of mouth work together in driving 13% of sales for consumer products and services. More than ever before, marketers need to know how to measure the distinct forms of conversations that occur in both online and offline venues.

In order to deliver against a “Total Social” perspective, our TalkTrack® will continue to be a key service of the combined company. Indeed, we will be working with our new colleagues to extend TalkTrack to new markets and to integrate the data with social measurement and listening data.

Keller Fay CEO, Ed Keller is now President of Engagement Labs and a member of the Board of Directors, while Brad Fay is Chief Research Officer.  We will work closely with Engagement Labs CEO Bryan Segal in steering the company, its products, and client relationships over the years ahead.
