Fly Frontier to New Jersey’s Capital City

Frontier Airlines will begin nonstop flights from Milwaukee to Trenton, New Jersey beginning June 14.  Trenton is located between Philadelphia and Newark.  The service will be operated Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays on Airbus A319 aircraft.  Introductory fares start as low as $69 each way, and the best place to book is FlyFrontier.com.  Frontier also serves Denver and Cancun nonstop from MKE.

American and US Airways Tie the Knot

As part of their merger, American Airlines and US Airways have combined their networks. That means you can book tickets for either airline at AA.com or USAirways.com and travel seamlessly on one itinerary.  The combined airline has nonstop routes from Milwaukee to Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Philadelphia, and Phoenix.  Be sure to check your gate assignment when flying out or meeting arriving passengers, as the airlines are currently operating from separate concourses.

TSA Pre✓™ Enrollment Center Opens

Enrolling in the TSA Pre✓™ expedited screening program just got easier.  The TSA recently opened an enrollment center at 131 W. Layton Avenue near Mitchell Airport.  Opt in and speed up your security screening process at 117 airports nationwide.  MKE has TSA Pre✓™ lanes on all three concourses.

New Miller Brewhouse Now Open

The remodeled Miller Brewhouse is now open in Mitchell Airport’s Concession Mall.  The revamped restaurant has an exciting new look and features a much larger bar area.  The Miller Brewhouse was closed for remodeling since late last year.

Milwaukee Students Adopt-A-Pilot

Kids Love our Upgraded Play Areas

Be sure to check out our newly-remodeled Children’s Play Areas.  With colorful, padded flooring and play equipment, the play areas are a great option for families who have extra time to spend before boarding their flights.  The small slides, tunnels and airplanes are soft and safe for children of all ages.  The Children’s Play Areas, which are open to ticketed passengers at all times, are located beyond the security checkpoints of all three concourses.
