Dear Business Partner,

Since I have taken on the proprietorship of KRAFTWERK in April 2016, a lot has happened.

Our vision is to develop KRAFTWERK into a preferred tool supplier for the professional trade and the discerning DIY enthusiasts both at home and abroad. We focus on customers' needs and are uncompromising in our ambition to achieve total customer satisfaction.

That’s the reason why we have repositioned the KRAFTWERK brand and with the new appearance incl. new logo and website, we successfully achieved the first milestone.

Furthermore, we have strengthened our Export Team and reorganised our Sales Team in Switzerland, Germany and Spain so we can position our products on the different markets even better.

We are constantly working to simplify and optimate our administrative and logistic processes to offer even better customer service. Furthermore, we are active in social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube) and we are happy about every new follower.

The KRAFTWERK Newsletter is a platform to update you about ongoing projects and to share news.

Rebranding – Successful Milestones for KRAFTWERK in 2017

Together with our Italian export partner Homberger, KRAFTWERK was represented with a booth at the Nautica fair in Genoa. Customer feedback was very positive and the fair very successful.

The new fair concept was presented for the first time at the Equip-Auto in Paris.
The new design looked nice and the feedback was very positive.

KRAFTWERK Switzerland attended the Auto Zürich Fair once again. The customers liked the new fair concept very much.

KRAFTWERK will be represented at the Hardware Fair in Cologne from 4. – 7. March 2018. We are looking forward to your visit.

The website has been completely redesigned and is now compatible with smartphones and tablets.

On the news page, we regularly post news such as trade fair dates, organisational changes and information about new products.

The Promo 2018-01 with the new
design was created for the first time
with 12 pages, according to the motto “less is more” and it’s valid from
15.01 – 06.05.2018.
