AAA Member Update January 2021

The AAA monthly update is our way of communicating with our members.

Message from the President

With us well into 2021, I know not only the AAA volunteers are increasingly busy, but also the majority of our members!

It is with this in mind that I bring to your attention that this monthly newsletter email has historically had a very low opening rate. Approximately 50%. We will continue to use this highly important means of interacting with members, perhaps with more succinct content where we can, but also will be using more varied media.

As a brief review of some recent developments :

  • The 2021 Events & Shows COVID Plans are in final draft format and will be made available to all members shortly.
  • The AAA is fully supportive of member events starting up more earnestly in 2021, but with a focus on safety for our members & the community.
  • AAA Partners is a new area of the Members Website. I’d encourage everyone to review these businesses & the support they offer to AAA members.
  • Of particular note, the WFI insurance premium commissions will be paid to your aligned Region. ANZ Business finance commission will be aligned with Research & Development investments into our industry's future.

Keep safe. Keep well. Enjoy everything alpaca.

Brett Fallon, AAA President
