Many sections have been rewritten, new material has been introduced and some outmoded material removed. As before, a Study Guide has been developed to complement the text.
The new editions will be available very shortly in paperback and ebook formats from Amazon, Apple, Google, other online bookshops, university bookshops and also directly from the website.
