HERE IS YOUR CHANCE TO LEARN DANISH FAST AND EFFICIENTLY

Would you like to learn the basics of the Danish language fast and efficiently? Then this two-week intensive Danish course is something for you.

During this course you will be introduced to the basics of the language so you can communicate in everyday situations. The course also serves the purpose of preparing you for participating in a semester course during the fall of 2014. The course is taught at the International Centre at Aarhus University and takes place during the following dates:

• 2 – 4 of June
• 6th of June
• 10 – 13 of June
• 16 – 17 of June

Each day, the class will take place at 8.30 until 12.00.

A note on the dates: Friday, June 6 might be replaced for Wednesday, 18 June. Any changes will be announced at our information page about the Intensive Danish course.

How to sign up for the course

It is free for international staff members and their spouses to participate in the course, and deadline for registering for the course is May 26, 2014.

DO YOU HAVE THE CORRECT INSURANCE CARD?

AU has only one CVR number

Even though Aarhus University (AU) only has one CVR number today, old CVR numbers can still be found on several insurance cards.

If the CVR number 31119103 is not on your insurance card, then you must renew it immediately. It can create serious problems for you if the CVR number on your card does not match AU’s official number, e.g. if you travel to the USA or in case of an accident.

How to renew 

• Just fill in this form. Please notice you need to have Adobe Reader installed. Please contact your IT-support for further information.
• Get your personnel manager to sign the form
• With the completed form in hand, you can pick up your new insurance card.
