BORIS CHARMATZ: MANGER

Boris Charmatz, 'manger', 2015

Don't miss out on renowned French choreographer Boris Charmatz's Australian premiere performance of manger (2014), a piece for 13 dancers.

The word ‘manger’ translates as ‘to eat’ in French, which is central to the provocation that the work also takes as its starting point: what role might the mouth, and specifically eating, play in choreography, dance and performance?

Entry is inclusive with tickets to the 20th Biennale Keynote Address by Charmatz on Sunday, 19 March at 6.30 pm.

FROM OUR PARTNERS: LOVES DATA

Loves Data has been a proud supporter of the Biennale since 2014. As a digital advertising and analytics agency full of self-confessed nerds (who are also passionate about creativity and the arts), this year’s Biennale is right up their alley.

To prove how much they love data and art, they’ve brought data to life (and art). Using the Biennale’s 2014 Google Analytics data, they've created a 3D print of the Biennale’s website traffic.
