Depending on your internet browsing habits, chances are you’ve come across a warning in Chrome that tells you that it’s probably safer not to proceed to whatever site you wanted to look at. That’s Google’s Safe Browsing technology at work, and over the next few weeks they'll roll out a rigorous set of improvements that will result in more Safe Browsing warnings than ever before.
When these warnings pop up, more often than not, people will opt to not visit the site instead of flagging it as safe for browsing. What this means for your business is that if your website generates these warnings, it can become quite a deterrent for traffic to your website. Talk to your tech people to see what can be done to make sure your site doesn't get flagged by Safe Browsing technology.
