DEVELOPMENT UPDATE

The first month of 2018 has already seen several milestones for the North West Cambridge Development. 

Practical completion has been achieved for the Storey's Field Centre, and preparations are underway for its opening to the community. An art performance called The Choirs was a successful trial event.

The residential community continues to grow as University and College staff move into the keyworker homes.

RETAIL OPPORTUNITIES AT EDDINGTON

The North West Cambridge Development has opportunities for local retailers to support and be part of the new community at Eddington.

Interested proprietors should demonstrate a strong and existing trading record, and be keen to support the growing community.

Opportunities exist for retailers to rent commercial space in the market square which have permission for A1, A3 and A4 use.

ATHENA EVENT FOR FIRST TIME BUYERS AT EDDINGTON

This Saturday, 27 January, the Athena Sales & Marketing Suite is hosting an event where first time buyers can speak to an independent financial adviser and find out more about how to get on the housing ladder at Eddington. 

The apartments and houses at Athena are available for anyone to buy, and are not restricted to University staff. 

Designed by award winning architects Pollard Thomas Edwards and Alison Brooks Architects, Athena is built to the same high sustainable standards as the rest of Eddington, achieving an excellent Code for Sustainable Homes Level 5.
