1. Updating our Methodology X Instructor Course As you probably know, Methodology X™ is the workout for women I set up several years ago. It is an online membership club and also a group class, known as the MX class. The group class is taught in several different countries at the moment and we have a wonderful family of Instructors teaching them. People get to become MX Instructors by studying our industry accredited coaching qualification, passing the exams and attaining a licence from us. They then get loads of resources so they can teach our suite of classes and give their members/clients an experience that adheres to my own high standards of coaching. Over the last 5 weeks, we've been updating about 40 of the 60 lessons on the online qualification and tweaked ALL the classes (Covid-19 means that our previous circuit style classes had to change to allow for social distancing). I have also created additional guidelines, best practice and other info to allow our Instructors to teach MX classes online. I am very proud of Methodology X™ - I firmly believe it's the world's best group class and online workout for women. To maintain standards our Instructor course and support needs to be stellar... that's why is important it stays fresh and spend time updating and improving how we support our Instructor family. 2. Workplace Wellness. Two companies got in touch with us recently requesting our help with online corporate wellness solutions. While we have offered numerous offline solutions to businesses in London over the years; It quickly dawned on me that we are in a uniquely strong position to help not just them, but many more teams and companies in an online fashion. I'm happy to announce, that we now offer NUK SOO™ for Business which allows us to provide a bespoke and affordable online (fitness, wellness & community building) solution to multiple companies with remote teams. 4. NUK SOO Instagram fail... so talking of NUK SOO; I was supposed to re-launch the dedicated Instagram account 4 weeks ago, which you may remember from my last newsletter. For a few reasons, which are all my fault, I simply didn't!... and now I won't launch the new Insta page until mid-July. I'm Sorry. I messed up. It'll be worth the wait though. 4. My FREE 30-day self-development course launched 2 weeks ago. We had 200+ sign-ups so far... and the feedback has been very kind!. If you haven't signed up yet, please click here. A couple of you have asked to start again because the first few emails went to your junk/spam folder. I'm afraid it is currently not possible to restart the course for you (due to Uk anti-spam laws I'm told!) It's a bit annoying!.. so if you want to sign up again, you have to use a different email and please put my emails address on your safe list. We'll figure out a way around it in due course though.
5. Payment plans for membership sites: In other news; Our Methodology X™ and NUK SOO™ membership clubs have new payment plans. You can now pay upfront or spread the fees over 12 months.
6. Media. June was a quiet month for press. I only did two things. I was interviewed for Women's Health US edition (out soon) and London's Metro Newspaper did a little feature about how I train my clients via Zoom. If you missed it... here it is.
With so many businesses in crises right now, I just want to say thank you to our private clients, my mentorees, new MX Instructors, businesses that want to buy stuff from us and of course our amazing customers from all over the world who join our two home workout membership programs. I never take for granted that without you this organisation would not exist! Thank you for trusting us. Stay safe everyone. There are so many things out of our control right now with this virus.. but we can wash our hands, not touch our faces, stay away from crowds and be mindful of the impact we have on others before we make decisions.
