Network Rail Track Engineering conferenceIn July, the PWI ran the Network Rail Track Engineering conference on behalf of Network Rail IP Track. There were updates from Steve Featherstone and John Edgley and presentations on the Thameslink project, DTS approval for S&C, the Network Rail product acceptance process, presentations from the winners of the London Section PWI Techs Factor competition and an update from David Godley on the Network Rail competency framework. Golf day success!On 4th July we hosted another fantastic golf day at Kilworth Springs Golf Club in Leicestershire. PWI members played for the PWI Cup and both PWI and non-PWI members played for the SELECTEQUIP Trophy in teams. The weather was perfect and a good time was had by all!
