www.plumpanasiankitchen.com/

Please RSVP to International Connections at shesinterconnect@gmail.com by May 3.

Sacred Heart Elementary School is proud to serve families from across the globe. International Connections seeks to extend friendships and encourage cultural understanding by providing get-togethers for parents. Little ones are always welcome!

Please fill out Volunteer Survey for next year

Families, please fill out the Volunteer Survey for the 2015-2016 school year.

Sacred Heart’s warm feeling of community and welcome exists because parents and caring adults volunteer and get involved. The Volunteer Survey is your opportunity to choose how you will be involved. Becoming involved will connect you to other parents, will benefit your child and the entire Sacred Heart community.  It is important that parents volunteer.

We ask each family to volunteer for at least two events or activities.  The chairperson will contact you and provide additional information.

If you have any questions or suggestions, or if no one contacts you after sign-up, please don't hesitate to contact PTG president Julie Evans at juliee@paar.net or vice president Beth Sutton Diegelman at bethsutton@ymail.com.

Would you like to join the PTG?

We would like to welcome nominations for the 2015-2016 Parent Teacher Guild (PTG). Please feel free to nominate yourself or someone else. We will check with nominees before putting them on the ballot.

Nominations can be submitted using this online form. The form includes more information about open positions.

Our PTG is more than just a fundraising committee; our key mission is to promote an environment at school where teachers and administrator can do their best work and our children can do their best learning.

Research shows that students whose parents are involved in their education have better grades, fewer discipline problems, and greater interest in school.  Volunteering also makes it easier to get to know teachers and other parents.

Please contact either of us if you have any questions.

Sincerely,

Julie Evans
