Durenberger spoke at the Builder and Remodeler Roundtable which focused on the state's Contractor Registration Program. Housing Options Coalition recognized by Minneapolis Downtown CouncilThe Minneapolis Downtown Council has named the Housing Options Coalition as one of its 2025 Plan Award recipients for their work during the 2017 legislative session that will help spur development of condos and townhomes. Housing First Minnesota counsel and lobbyist, Peter Coyle, was instrumental throughout the legislative session as this legislation was drafted,
passed and signed into law.
