Ask Your House Member to Vote Yes on HF 1538
|
As you are aware, we aren't building enough townhome and condos in our housing market due to litigation risks for housing professionals, lenders, and insurers. These affordable homes are the on-ramp for many into homeownership and provide the balance necessary for a healthy housing market. On Thursday (4/27) the MN House of Representatives will debate HF 1538, a bill which presents several common-sense provisions to restore confidence in Minnesota's multi-family housing segment. HF 1538 is a key piece of the Minnesota Homeownership Initiative and part of a multi-year effort led by BATC. Please contact your House member now and ask them to VOTE YES on HF 1538.
