What if I put items out early?If you put your waste out before the dates printed on your brochure, you risk being fined for illegal dumping. Fines start at $200 and can exceed $15,000 if prosecuted in Court.
To avoid a fine: Place items out on your nature strip no earlier than the Saturday two days before your collection week starts. The total combined material must not exceed two cubic metres. Remove any excess waste or items not accepted after the collection.

Bowel cancer is Australia’s second biggest cancer killer, yet 90% of bowel cancers can be successfully treated if found early. The National Bowel Cancer Screening Program (NBSCP) sends a free screening test to the homes of people aged 50–74 every two years.
Protecting Seaford Wetlands
We need your feedback to protect the Seaford Wetlands, including regulating housing lot size, setbacks and building height. At this stage no additional protections have been suggested but we want to hear from you before this report is finalised. Community consultation will remain open until Friday 31 May.
Seaford North Reserve playground upgrade
What's happening? Demolition and earthworks, concrete and drainage, furniture and playground equipment installation, grassing and planting.
Timing: May through to early August.
Disruption expected: Minor delays expected during construction on Railway Parade.
