EDITION #15

Tables Are Set For Outdoor Dining

The team across Council have been working diligently to make spaces ready for eateries to offer expanded outdoor dining, allowing them to comply with the new COVID safe space restrictions, while offering as many dining seats as possible. Temporary delineators have now been installed in Pinewood,  Mount Waverley, Glen Waverley and Clayton shopping centres, with more on the way soon. The second phase of the project will focus on beautification. No doubt traders will look to make improvements to these area to make them more welcoming, and Council is also considering options and listening to ideas from traders to make these dining areas more attractive.
