Can technology go too far? Is there a point where progress stops being useful and begins to be self-serving? Do we have everything we could possibly need and now we're just messing about? We can just about cope with driverless cars and AR, but are we ready for a weed-cutting robot or a dog that lets you know how smelly your feet are? We can smell something. You know what it is?
