Hello PULSe students!
Welcome to the PULSe Graduate Student Organization (GSO) Newsletter for the year 2021-2022!
We hope to use this newsletter as a means to provide you with a momentary break from the hustle due to research work, reading all those papers for prelim preparation, or just a small pause from your current workload!
Here you will find a list of future events that you can look forward to! Secondly, you will find an introduction to our current PUSLe GSO. Additionally, you will find a letter from our PGSG senator and ways to keep informed on the workings of the PGSG.
Finally, you shall find a recap of past events that have happened on campus!
We hope to use this section to leave you with a memory from the events which happen throughout the school year, which usually goes by in such a blur!

First year will be presenting and 30+ current students are needed as judges!
OIGP Spring Reception: May 4, 2022 10:00am-12:00pm

Letter from the Senator
Hi Everyone!
I'm your Purdue Graduate Student Senator, Lauren Wilbanks. In order to inform PULSe grad students about senate initiatives and encourage discourse between students, I'll be holding a brief (<20 minute) senator update about the senate proceedings. This senator update will be held the day after senate meetings and will include any initiative we have voted on and any important information that has been relayed to PGSG. During my update, feel free to raise any questions or concerns you may have, or suggestions on improvements PGSG can make. If you can't make a senator update but still would like to chat, please feel free to reach out at lwilbank@purdue.edu. I look forward to hearing from you about how we can all work together for a better PULSe graduate experience!
