Breaking: Governor Dayton Signs Condo/Townhome Bill
|
Governor Mark Dayton signed HF1538 into law. The bill provides common-sense changes aimed at increasing the available inventory of multi-family housing, which serve as an onramp to homeownership for many Minnesota families. HF 1538 passed with strong bi-partisan support in both the House (122-7) and Senate (61-3). Thank you to the bill's authors, Representative Dennis Smith (R-Maple Grove) and Senator Kari Dziedzic (D-Minneapolis). To all who contacted their legislator in support of this initiative - THANK YOU!
