'Get the kids reading' ~ Biggest Book Swap fundraiser for The Indigenous Literacy Foundation. Bring your books to swap for a gold coin donation ~ swap for swap. Two Western Australian children's book authors will be there with their books to read to the kids. In the course of a discombobulation with the dreaded Facebook, Alastair Taylor managed to lose his page and, in the ensuing search, discovered an alarming number of Alastair Taylors all over the world. Creating a matrix of miniature portraits on metal, Alastair weaves together a world map of a multitude of unknown namesakes.

Darlington Bushwalk Series

The 10th Darlington Bushwalk Series kicks off with a 5.9 km walk through inner Darlington Village. This moderate walk begins at 9am and is expected to take around 2.5 hours.
