We want to take this time to thank you, One Place family, for your continued financial support. Your offerings help to advance God's Kingdom here and provides this community with the means to provide faith and fellowship for us all. 

Night of Worship

Join us for an evening of fellowship and sharing Christ through music and praise. The concert will be held tomorrow night, October 26th at the Newbold Auditorium at 7:30 pm.

One Place Meeting Schedule

November meeting dates

1st Tuesday (Nov 5th): General advisory team meeting. All are welcome to attend.

2nd Tuesday (Nov 12th): Producers/Creative Directors meeting, for those that are involved in planning for the following week's services.

3rd Tuesday (Nov 19th): Leadership team meeting, for those that have leadership positions in specific areas in One Place ministry.

As always, the meetings will take place at the Campus Ministries office at 6:30 pm.

Prayer Request

We ask that you keep Dalry Payne's grandson, Ewan, in your prayers. Ewan has been diagnosed with Burkitt's lymphoma and is currently undergoing intensive chemotherapy and treatments at the BC Children's Hospital in Vancouver, Canada.

Japhet Accepts Call to Colorado

Most of you already know that Japhet De Oliveira, the University Chaplain, has accepted a call to pastor the Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Boulder, Colorado beginning January 1, 2014. 

He has spearheaded Student Missions, University Chapels, the Passion Play, co-founded The One Project and is one of the founding pastors for One Place. 

David Ferguson has agreed to be interim Senior Pastor, along with Kyle Dever, Kenley Hall and Susan Zork, Denis Fortin has also joined as an Associate Pastor to continue leading this campus fellowship. 

Please keep Japhet and his family in your prayers as he starts a new journey in his ministry. And make sure to give him a great big hug when you see him tomorrow! 

Update on Grace Wallace

We are happy to announce to our One Place Family that recent pathology biopsy results have shown up negative for cancers in Gracie's body. What a miracle!! 

The family would like to thank all who have sent letters, gifts and sent prayers for Grace.

Let's keep praying for her and her family. Truly God is faithful and hears all of our requests.
