Signs of a mental health concern can often be overlooked as the effects of aging, leaving older people vulnerable in their later years. In Wandsworth alone, there are over 2,500 socially isolated older people at risk of developing a mental health condition. With your help, we can reach out to these older people and ensure they enjoy their golden years. 100% of your donation goes towards supporting vulnerable older people to improve the quality of their lives.
