The Croydon Opportunity and Fairness Commission has launched a new website. It offers people in Croydon the chance to see more of what Commissioners are doing to help make the borough a better place. Opportunity Croydon, as the Commission is known in shorthand, launched the website to shine more light on the work of the Commission, and to give Croydon residents and organisations more opportunities to get involved. Visit the website and see the changes for yourself at
www.opportunitycroydon.org The Commission Chair Jonathan Clark, the Bishop of Croydon, said: “Lots of people have submitted their views and evidence, particularly around the subject of homelessness, and these are now featured on the site. “The DIY kit of activities to use with your group is also available in full to download, and the group’s views can be fed back directly through the website.” Commissioners are continuing to call for evidence from the people of Croydon, of the issues, challenges, assets and opportunities that exist in the borough today, as well as any changes you think are necessary for it to become a fairer place with more opportunities for all. To make a submission, you can visit www.opportunitycroydon.org/contact, email
contact@opportuntiycroydon.org or write to Opportunity and Fairness Commission, co TCC, Suffolk House, George Street, Croydon CR0 1PE.
