Dear Graduate and Professional Students,
I would like to invite you to the Wellness Center Open House on Monday, November 25, from 2 to 4 p.m. in Mark A. Nordenberg Hall at 119 University Place.
This event, which is just for graduate and professional students, will feature the following health and wellness resources:
- Counseling Center, including the new Therapy Assistance Online Self-Help program
- Student Health Service
- Pharmacy
- Nutrition Services
- Collegiate Recovery Program
- Campus Recreation
- Stress Free Zone
You can also enter for a chance to win a 60-minute stress-reduction massage. Coffee, hot cocoa, and cookies will be served. RSVP appreciated but not required.
I encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to meet some of the helpful individuals at the Wellness Center. If you can’t attend but have a question about available resources to support your well-being, email me.
