The building’s completion signifies the end of nine years of planning and development to improve Cabrini’s facilities and provide an exceptional patient experience. Kaye is a a General Surgeon with specialty training in advanced Liver, Biliary (gallbladder) and Pancreatic surgery. In addition to specialty HPB surgery, she performs spleen and adrenal surgery and general surgical procedures including laparoscopic abdominal surgery and laparoscopic hernia repairs. Kaye is a member of the Cabrini Upper GI and HPB multidisciplinary cancer treatment team and an Adjunct Lecturer in Surgery at Monash University as well as a member of the Australian and New Zealand HPB Association and International HPB Association. Dr. Bennett Sheridan is a Paediatric Cardiologist consulting at the Cabrini Mother and Baby Centre, Malvern. He has expertise in paediatric non-invasive imaging, structural heart disease, paediatric heart failure and critical care. Dr Sheridan graduated in medicine at Monash University with a Bachelor of Medical Science completed at the Ritchie Centre for Baby Health Research. Dr. Sheridan completed training as a general paediatrician at the Royal Children’s Hospital Brisbane and sub-specialty training in Paediatric Cardiology and Paediatric Intensive Care with the Queensland Paediatric Cardiology Service and The Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne. Dr. Sheridan has continued his practice as a specialist cardiologist at The Royal Children’s Hospital and Monash Children’s Hospital in Melbourne since 2012.
