A day of action designed to remind everyone to ask, “Are you ok?”, especially for those who are struggling with life’s ups and downs. What the campaign really seeks to do is bring awareness to the fact that many people, from time to time, face difficulties in their life that if talked about appropriately, can be dealt with in ways that avoid tragedy or trauma. This is not to negate the fact that life throws us curve balls and navigating our way through tough times is not in the least tricky, it can be ameliorated somewhat if we choose to share how we are feeling with people who really care about us.
