Designer Con here we come!!!

The Mesa store location will be closed Friday - Monday to exhibit at DesignerCon in Pasadena, CA!  We will be open regular hours Tuesday, November 12th!  DesignerCon is 2 days this year - Saturday from 9am to 6pm & Sunday from 9am to 5pm!  Tickets are only $5 per day, and you can purchase ahead of time here or at the door the day of the event!  As always, we'll be bringing tons of goodies from around the globe, so stop by Booth 120 & say hi!

SATURDAY

Saturday, we have a big Grody Shogun event at opening, starting with three Dcon exclusive runs so you can get your Grody fix!

Also up Saturday are DesignerCon exclusives from Blurble, AOI, Dski One, Kill!, Johan Tattoo & more! As always, our booth will be bursting at the seams with goodness for you!

Blurble will have painted Sparrows by the amazing artist Johan Ulrich (instagram: johantattoos). These guys are painted up in a sparkling red color scheme and come with a hat and skateboard. Only $30ea (limited to 6)

Blank Space Age Sparrows. These are a mixed resin release with clear pink, glitter and nuclear green (glow) swirls. These will only be $20ea and limited to 7. Comes with hat and skateboard. (not shown)

Then there will be a small release of Sludgy. Limited to only 5 and priced at only $15. He is a mix of clear neon pink and neon blue. Colors will pop under a black light. Sludgy comes with his trusted nuclear tea glass. (not shown)

Blurble will also have some other fun and silly toys at the Lulubell booth on Saturday and he'll be hanging out at the booth Sunday at 11... so make sure to stop by & show him the love!

The Ion Men from AOI are back in a DCon exclusive white version! There are 8 heads, 2 bodies, 2 legs and 5 sets of arms (random). The arms include left/right fists, left/right mace, left/right clockwork cannons, a UFO and a Seismic Ace head arm. Stand approx. 4-4.5"


The names are Seismic King, Trojan Hoss, Murder Boner, XLR8OR88, Kumatank (Beartank), Centurion K16, Strollbot and Big Damage K16.

Each figure (example above) will come in random part assortment....so come pick your favs! Great for customizing, and wonderful displayed as is with the rest of your favorite robots! $25 each

And Johan Ulrich (Johan Tattoos) is back with several of his amazing sculpts! We'll have his Lillith's (shown above),  $100, Cybin (not shown) -$40, Muris (not shown) -$20 & Oran (not shown) - $20.

James Groman - release & signing - SAT & SUN!

We are delighted to bring you the mastermind behind Rotten Rexx, the creator & sculptor himself, James Groman! James is bringing four handpainted one-off's to DesignerCon for you, and we'll have a few tie-dye vinyl Rexx one-off's as well! He'll also have tons of his Rotten Rexx comic books, so you can read the story of how Rexx came to be! We'll be releasing half the Rexx's each day by lottery.  Saturday's release will be at 5pm, and Sunday's release at Noon. Lottery tickets will be handed out for 15 minutes, with drawings at 5:15 Sat and 12:15 Sunday. One ticket per party, 18 and older only please.
