The results speak for themselves!
This issue of our newsletter will focus on the environment. With sustainability as a part of our core values, we would like to highlight some of the ways in which we have been able to ensure that we stay true to this. We have recently installed a new boiler in the factory, which means more efficient energy utilisation as well as a reduction in water usage.
We
have converted all office lighting to energy saving, which will make a dramatic impact on energy usage.
Solar panels on the factory roofing have been installed in order to generate all of the power required for our offices.
The installation of Jo-Jo tanks to feed the ablution block (showers and toilets) will assist in saving water and electricity.
Recycling is also a key aspect of our determined plan to ensure that we create a sustainable operation.
In addition, the crates used to transport rubber are made of steel as opposed to wood to make sure they are reusable.
We hope that in some way or form our efforts will inspire you to make similar adjustments to the way you carry out business in the year ahead.
