South Bank Turns Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month

South Bank will be awash in a sea of pink all of this week (Mon 24 –  Sun 30 October) in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Over 20 retailers will pink-up to support the vital services of Breast Cancer Network Australia offering special pink dishes, cocktails and dining tables all under a beautiful pink haze. Click here to view the full list of restaurants and their special offers.

Landmarks in and surrounding the precinct will be lit pink – and the William Jolly Bridge’s ‘Pink Ladies’ will light up the bridge with their reflections ‘dancing’ nightly on the Brisbane River.

There will also be a special 'Survivor Gallery' wall in Stanley Street Plaza, featuring the personal stories of breast cancer survivors. These raw accounts are poignant, courageous and utterly inspiring.
