Melbourne: a great place to age
Welcome from the Healthy Ageing team

We're excited to share our new digital newsletter with you.  We'll still keep bringing you opportunities to remain connected, active and engaged during COVID-19 and beyond, just in a different format. We’d love to hear what you think of the newsletter so please get in touch and share your feedback.

Let's make Melbourne a great place to age

Melbourne: A Great Place to Age was endorsed by the Future Melbourne Committee on Tuesday 23 June 2020. Thank you to everyone who took part in the community engagement. We look forward to working with you to implement the plan over the next four years and keep making Melbourne a great place to age.

COVID-19 update

Metropolitan Melbourne returned to Stage 3 COVID-19 restrictions on 8 July. There are only four reasons to leave your home:  shopping for food and supplies, care and caregiving, exercise, and study and work, if you can’t do it from home. Make sure you stay up to date on the latest instructions from the Department of Health and Human Services to keep yourself, your loved ones and the whole community safe. If you are concerned, please call the coronavirus hotline on 1800 675 398.
