MK-IMA - Intermittent Motion Autoload Cartoner
 
Product Feature: MK-IMA - Intermittent Motion Autoload Cartoner
 
For this application, the MK-IMA was designed to collate bottles at 133 bottles per minute. The system featured a unique design to handle 4-pack beverage sleeves on an end load cartoner. A gantry robot with mechanical EOAT was used to collate the bottles from a single lane and place them into a dual loading funnel. View here (Video ID: 305).
 
 
 
 
Product Feature: CP-TLG - Top Load Case Erector and Packer
 
The CP-TLG features flexible case packing at its best. The CP-TLG was designed to handle lay-flat and stand-up pouches on one machine. A gantry robot case erector and top load system were used to handle speeds of up to 140 ppm and 23 cpm. Allen Bradley Controls and Servos are standard on the CP-TLG.
