Sending Hope Issue #4

Hi there ,

The new year is a fantastic time to reflect on your recovery and really think about what's helpful for you, and what things you need to leave behind in 2019. We find that writing these things down can be really beneficial, both to help clarify your thoughts and to have something to reference when you're struggling. That's why we've created a Wellness Plan template just for subscribers to this newsletter.

The Wellness Plan template will guide you to:

- Identify what your thoughts, behaviours, characteristics and activities look like when you are your healthy self
- Identify what makes it difficult for you to be your healthy self
- Develop a Trigger Action Plan
- Identify your support systems
- Connect with your heart's values and goals

You might find it useful to fill out this plan with a trusted member of your support team, such as a family member, friend or clinician. And don't forget to give yourself permission to prioritize your recovery this year!
