The AF-RBX is the ideal solution for low investment, high return automation. For this application, an infeed conveyor accepts pouches on a single lane. A servo-driven telescoping conveyor places pouches into the funnel. After, the pouches are side shifted into a loading funnel and, finally, a pusher end loads multiple cartons per cycle. Product Feature: CP-GRT - Gantry Robot Collating Case Packer
 
This month's product feature is on the CP-GRT. The system utilizes a gantry robot to collate and load product into the case. A second gantry robot erects the case onto the main chain lug conveyor.
